My name is Louise, or Louisey to some special people. I'm an English teacher, which I love, and a singer in a band in my spare time. We were called Wynd but we're in the middle of a revamp. I'm happily married to![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif)
sedgehog! Married life is good. My life mostly revolves around work, music and trying to get some sleep. I am the world's worst procrastinator, for which I am trying to find a cure. Hey, maybe tomorrow. My favourite film ever is The Blues Brothers, which everyone must see! I am coming round to Martin's way of thinking, and am possibly as obsessed with films as he is. My favourite books would take us all day, but I love George Orwell's 1984, Ken Kesey's One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest and anything by Walter Mosley or Lee Child.
Wynd recorded an album called It's All Good in 2006, and we won a competition on XFM Scotland and got some airplay on the radio! We're currently taking a break from gigging until I've got my back problems all fixed. The picture below is the original line-up of the band, but we've now got a new drummer and bass player. Life is good for us just now, writing new songs and having a laugh playing Guitar Hero. Badly in my case.
